Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are made to order in our Stoke‑on‑Trent studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be designed, printed, cleaned and prepared for dispatch.

UK Shipping Orders are shipped via Royal Mail/Evri/DPD/Yodel.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Tracking may be included depending on the service selected at checkout.

International Shipping At this time, Phaz3D ships within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be added soon.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are free.

Delivery Issues If your order is delayed, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at benjamin.farrell.84@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once the additional postage cost has been paid.

Lost Parcels A parcel is considered lost after 10 business days (UK). Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
